Where do I find my private RSS feed?
Start with the welcome email from your subscription platform. Supercast members can sign in and use the listening links in their account. Patreon members can open their Reality Cray Cray membership and look for the option to listen in other podcast apps. Your private feed link is personal—keep it to yourself.

Which podcast apps can I use?
Use a podcast app that supports private RSS feeds, such as Apple Podcasts, Overcast, or Pocket Casts. In Supercast, choose your app from the listening options. To add a feed manually, copy your private RSS URL and use your app’s add-by-URL option. You can also listen in the Patreon app if you subscribed there.
How do I listen to premium episodes on Spotify?
Connect Spotify through the service where you subscribed. In Supercast, open your subscription’s listening options and choose Spotify if it is available. In Patreon, use the Spotify connection option for your membership. Follow the connection prompts using the Spotify account you listen with.

My premium feed disappeared or stopped working. What should I try?
First check that your membership is active and your payment card is current. Then remove the premium feed from your podcast app and add it again using the private feed link in your subscription account. If that does not help, contact us with your membership platform and podcast app.
An episode is missing. Where should I report it?
Check that your feed is working and your membership is active. If you are in the Facebook group, comment on the existing post for that episode rather than creating a new post. Otherwise, contact us with the episode title, membership platform, and podcast app.

How do I upgrade to D-Sides or change my plan?
Make the change on the platform where you subscribed. Use the guides below to upgrade or change tiers in Patreon or Supercast, and review the price and billing details before confirming.

How do I cancel my membership?
Cancel through the platform where you signed up. Use the cancellation guide for Patreon or Supercast below. If you subscribed through Apple Podcasts, manage the subscription through Apple. Follow the confirmation steps in that service to finish canceling.

How do I update my payment details?
Sign in to the service where you subscribed and open its billing or payment settings. An expired or invalid card can interrupt your premium feed. Apple Podcasts subscriptions are billed through Apple; update those payment details in your Apple Account.
Can I switch between Apple Podcasts, Patreon, and Supercast?
Yes, but memberships do not transfer automatically. Cancel renewal on your current service and start your new membership after the existing access expires to avoid overlapping charges. An Apple Podcasts subscription is separate from Patreon or Supercast; you do not need two subscriptions for the premium audio.
Who handles Apple Podcasts billing and refunds?
Apple handles subscriptions purchased through Apple Podcasts. On an iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions to find your membership. Use Apple’s support options for billing or refund requests.

I forgot my Supercast password. How do I reset it?
Use the password reset option on the Supercast sign-in page with the email address you used for your subscription. Check your inbox and spam folder for the reset email.
I do not remember which email address I used. What now?
Search your email accounts for a welcome message or subscription receipt. If you used Sign in with Apple or a hidden email address, check the account details associated with that sign-in. If you still cannot find the account, contact us with the name you signed up under and the email addresses you may have used. Never send passwords or full payment details.
Facebook group & Discord
How do I join the private Facebook group?
You must be a paying member when you request to join. Answer all membership questions and use the exact email address you used for your subscription. If your request has not been approved, check that email address first.
Where are the Facebook group rules, and why is my post waiting?
Read the group rules before posting. Posts require moderator approval, so please give the team time to review them. Comments with links can also be caught by Facebook’s spam filters. If an episode already has a discussion post, keep the conversation there.
How do I connect to Discord and get verified?
Use the Discord connection details in your Patreon membership or Supercast account and follow the welcome guide in Discord. Patreon membership verification is automatic. Supercast members should follow the welcome instructions to get their member role; without verification, access is limited. Discord requires an active subscription, and access ends when the subscription is no longer active.
