Apple is convenient if you only listen in Apple Podcasts, but it won’t include future on-site member features, Facebook/Discord group access, and costs more (as Apple's fees are much higher).

Yes. Cancel renewal on your current platform, then sign up on the new one when your existing access ends to avoid paying for overlapping subscriptions. Your subscription does not transfer automatically.

Apple Podcasts costs more because of Apple’s platform fees. If you already subscribe through Patreon or Supercast, you do not need an Apple subscription to get the premium audio. If you switch platforms, let your existing subscription expire before starting another to avoid paying twice. Apple handles billing and refund requests for subscriptions purchased through Apple.

You need an active subscription and the appropriate member role to access the community. Patreon verification is automatic; Supercast members should follow the welcome guide for verification. Discord access ends when your subscription is no longer active.

Check that your membership is active and your payment details are current. Then try removing the premium feed from your podcast app and adding it again using the private feed link in your membership account. If you still cannot listen, contact us with your membership platform and podcast app. Never send your password, full payment details, or private feed URL.
